You say killer like it's a bad thing...

Right now I'm listening to three things... well four things: this beautiful mantra to call in the forgotten magic thats rests in fridays, I'm listening to soft harps for self love and I'm also listening to the rain outside as well as the sound of the keys on my keyboard click up and down, while I sit here in the space that I'm currently curating that'll keep me going for the rest of the morning. I wonder what you're doing right now besides reading my gorgeous and insightful blog. Are you taking time for yourself or are you giving all of it to an undeserving person, who would be better off without your nurturing and healing energy. I had to come to the realization last night, that even though I'm a wonderful person, my wonderlike abilities aren't meant to be experienced by dull and unfilling people, who only look to take rather than to give.
Today's energy and 3wordspoet on twitter prompt for today led my to a certain someone. Someone I was introduced to in the past but never fully appreciated their craft. I never really explored their wonderlust because I was too busy stuck in my crafts, that later turned out to be major losses and depression. I was too busy not wanting to add to my playlist, but instead was willing to listen to the same old, same old. I want to introduce MISS FKA TWIGS to my ItGirl PLATFORM. She experienced both an ego death and an actual death of love in lovers lane, but was it by her own free will, no. She also found herself in murky waters, all because she wanted to be a healer to an unhealed person. She plugged herself into a f*cked up society until she was forced to unplug her creativity while screaming the words "f*ck off". FKA TWIGS is not only a beautiful person but she's a reincarnated soul that is only found when you're ready to deep dive and become an explorer. I believe that TWIGS is artisitc and that those who look to her are also crafty individuals. so I hope FKA can make you believe in yourself just as much I believe in you, and what you have to offer. I HOPE SOMEONE AND OR SOMETHING MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD WHEN THE NIGHTS ARE COLD!!!!! but honestly cold doesn't mean unbearable... xoxo ItGirl OverLoad xoxo

Creating a brand from stratch is already scary, but doing so while being a girl is way more complicated. Especially living in today's day in time. It has gotten even worse as the generation has continued to move forward. Mainly getting the message across in, such a negative and demanding way. Be happy to be a woman. Most importantly be happy that you were gifted with female intuition. You can see things before they happen,consider yourself a psychic. You can sense war before soliders are led to their execution, that's because you have a great sense of smell. But beware with a great sense of smell, this forces you to smell the BULLSHIT as well. Miss Taylor Swift is the best. Taylor S. is both an icon and an inspiration. She's up and down my 2024 vision board. She reminds me everyday to never forget the foolishness brought on by others, and by others I mean insecure people. I mean, have you ever put a clown on a pedstal? Have you ever found yourself chasing someone else when you should've been coming back to yourself? Don't be ashamed because I've done all of these things, and once you've done these things once, sometimes it's easy to fall victim to doing it again. But in the end what do you gain, when you put others first while putting yourself last? I think we can all agree that 2023 was a horrible year for us creatives.
