THE INTRODUCTION TO GASLIGHTERS!!!!

I remember blogging about the signs when dealing with a narcissist. I made two parts in fact. The thing is if you've met a narcissist, you've also met a gaslighter. The scary thing about this is, they're both the same in a way. Their are a bunch of similarites in both of these lunatics. Sometimes you might even find that when dealing with a certain person, they may be exuding both of these nightmares(which is very scary). The thing is if you don't know the signs of a gaslighter, then you'll forever fall victim to their drama and stressful tantrums. You have to understand the way that they think and or act... is far from normal. But this doesn't give them a slap on the back, or a pass in any way. What I've learned about gaslighters is that even though what they bring to the table is beyond normal, they're also aware of how they're acting.

A lot of them know how they're treating you, but they all have one thing in common. They REALLY don't care. What they always seem to do will always be your fault(according to them). Your reactions to their actions will always be their jump start. Think of yourself as the cup of coffee to their needs. They will always be in need of a energy source, which means they'll do anything and everything to get that "boost of energy", even if it means starting both morning's off in complete chaos. Nothing you want will matter to them. They will ALWAYS put themselves first. Gaslighters come in all forms, not just in partners. It definitely sucks if it's a parent, because most times kids grow up becoming just like their gaslighting parent(s). It can be hard to know you're being gaslit, because it's always forever subtle. It's usually so subtle that no one else seems to pick up on it, so it usually leaves you dazed and confused.

DON'T WORRY BECAUSE IT WAS NEVER YOU. IT WILL FOREVER BE THEM ONCE YOU REALIZE, WHO AND OR WHAT YOU'RE DEALING WITH!!! xoxo Soon to be ItGirl OverLoad xoxo
